Dustin & Jen Gasperich
Shop Owners
We are Dustin & Jen Gasperich and We are Integrity Auto Truck & RV!
Dustin has worked in the automotive business for over 35 years. He started out as a technician and has a lot of hands on experience. Jen has been in the business for 7 years on the administrative side of the business.
Together, we had a dream of starting a company that provides a great work-life balance for our employees along with a healthy work environment.
A main focus for us and our employees is to deliver exemplary customer service! We hope we have the opportunity to work with you soon!
Ron Lewis
I’ve been in the automotive business for 30 years. I worked with Dustin at Ford for 22 years. I enjoy old muscle cars and spending time with my family.
Bryan Fairbanks
Technician/Mechanic
I am from St. Marys, KS originally and grew up in the farm and construction environment. I went to St. Marys High and later went to college at Emporia State University, graduating with a Baccalaureate in Criminal Science. I started in the automotive field very young, working for a local shop until graduating. I worked for BNSF as a machinist for a while and have worked at a couple of independent shops. I have 30 plus years of experience in the automotive field. My hobbies include motorcycles and hot rod type stuff. I look forward to serving the community at the new shop!
Colton Hall
Technician/Mechanic
I started in the industry in 2015 at Laird Noller Ford. I left there in 2021 to pursue a career in working on Polaris side by sides with Heritage Tractor. I reached Gold Certification with Polaris in 2022. The company I worked for sold their license and I stayed on to work on skid loaders until 2024. I went back to Ford for 11 months. As of April 2025, I now work for Integrity Auto Truck & RV! I like to ride my RZR and spend time with my wife and two kids.
Hayden Pedersen
Technician/Mechanic
I grew up with a wrench in my hand. Prior to working at Integrity Auto Truck & RV, I worked at the Walmart Auto Center for 2 years. While there, I was awarded a gold wrench for being a gold star technician. In my spare time, I like to ride 4-wheelers and RZRs, and build RC cars.
Jared May
Technician/Mechanic
I’ve been turning wrenches since I was old enough to hold one. I’ve been in this profession for the last 5 years. I like cheese and eggs and long walks back from the tool truck.
Justin Pierson
Technician/Mechanic
I’m from Nortonville, Kansas. I currently work at Integrity Auto Truck & RV. Previously, I worked at Laird Noller Truck Center. I worked there for 1 year and 11 months. In my free time I find myself working on many diesel trucks eliminating common failure points. Outside of working, I enjoy riding my RZR and customizing my vehicles.
Brady Slatten
Service Advisor
I’ve spent the last couple of years diving into the auto industry, being able to help people and loving every minute of it. When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me outside soaking up the sun, playing the piano, or chilling with friends. I’m all about good vibes, great people, and finding joy in the little things.
Kelli Terry

I have been working in the auto industry for almost 2 years and I love it! I think what I love most is interacting with our amazing customers, because anyone who knows me, knows I love people! Customer service is my thing!! When I’m not at work, I’m usually home spending time with my family. I’ve been with my husband for 26 years and we share a son. We also have 2 furbabies, our Zena girl who is a Jack Russell that we rescued and our Willow girl who is a Golden Retriever.
